Thursday, September 26: Twenty candidates are expected to attend The Western Chatham NAACP Candidate Forum. Doors open at 5:30 pm at the Chatham Agricultural and Conference Center in Pittsboro. Light refreshments. Candidates expected:  U.S. Congressional Districts 4 and 9; six Council of State offices; three NC Supreme Court and Court of Appeals judges; NC House District 54 and NC Senate District 20 representatives; and Chatham Board of Education, District 2.
